Certified to contain at least 829mg/kg of naturally occurring methylglyoxal (MGO). Its exceptional purity and quality make it among the finest and most sought after Mānuka honey available.

Flavour and texture profile
A deep caramel colour hints at a distinctive, rich bittersweet Mānuka flavour with a hint of smoke. Its slightly runny consistency is very lightly creamed for a smooth, toffee-like texture that melts in the mouth. That subtle tingle in the back of the throat is a mark of authentic, ultra-high UMF™ Mānuka honey.
